CCNP is an essential piece of the puzzle. We work towards our mission every day by developing collaborative partnerships and connecting resources that help the families we serve to improve their health and economic outcomes. Our success is rooted in our ability to bring together a cross-sector of agencies under a 25,000 square foot facility to provide high-quality, coordinated and integrated education, workforce development, and social service programs. During the 2022-2023 program year, CCNP was instrumental in infusing more than $6,500,000 back into the community through our programs with the support of our sponsors and partners.
The Westlake FamilySource Center, in partnership with the City of Los Angeles and the Community Investment Department, has been a cornerstone of community support since 2009. Operated by CCNP, this center is dedicated to uplifting low to moderate-income residents of Los Angeles through a collaborative “one-stop service” approach.
Our mission is twofold: to bolster the financial well-being of residents and to bolster academic success among middle and high school students. Aligned with the city’s primary anti-poverty strategies, the CCNP FSC serves a diverse community, impacting over 2,500 individuals annually.
Over the years, our efforts have injected over $4,000,000 into the community annually, contributing to its economic vitality and resilience. The Westlake FamilySource Center remains committed to optimizing its services to maximize impact and reach, ensuring a brighter future for the residents of Los Angeles.
