Through this esteemed program, we received multi-year grant funding and extensive leadership training, empowering our management teams to enhance our programs and services. With a focus on affordable housing, entrepreneurship, and expanding economic opportunities for underserved communities, this support significantly amplified our impact and contributed to positive social change.

CCNP was honored as a recipient of the esteemed 2021 CITI Progress Makers award. This recognition celebrated our commitment to driving positive change and advancing social and economic opportunities within our community. Through the CITI Progress Makers initiative, we received invaluable support from the Citi Foundation, empowering us to expand our impact on critical issues such as affordable housing, economic development, financial health, and workforce readiness.
