Organizational/Program Background:
Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP) was established in 1994 to address socio-economic conditions impacting low-income families in Central City, Westlake, and Pico-Union communities. CCNP collaborates with partners to create pathways to financial security and economic opportunity through the Pueblo Unido Project and other initiatives.

Position Title: PUP Navigator
Salary: $22.00 hourly
Employment Type: Full-time / 40 hrs per week

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination.
  • TB Certificate and completion of Live Scan background check.

Position Overview:
The PUP Navigator is responsible for facilitating CCNP’s Pueblo Unido Project. This role involves recruiting eligible youth for the program by implementing the Seeking Safety Curriculum, which focuses on preventing substance use and promoting safe sex practices. The PUP Navigator will maintain up-to-date data and coordinate referrals to ensure participants’ overall well-being. Additionally, this position will provide program and administrative support to CCNP partners and staff to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent program implementation in accordance with grant requirements and CCNP’s mission.
