Job Title: FamilySource Center Program Manager 

Salary: $60,000 per year

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Organizational/Program Background:

Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP) was established in 1994 and incorporated as a formal non-profit collaborative in 2000 to address socio-economic conditions impacting low-income families in Los Angeles, focusing on Westlake and expanding to Koreatown in 2024. CCNP’s mission is to catalyze partnerships to systematically tackle the challenges facing low-income families, helping them create pathways to financial security through the FamilySource Center (FSC) program and other signature initiatives.

Position Overview:

The FamilySource Center (FSC) Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, administration, and continuous development of the FSC program. This role ensures the efficient and comprehensive delivery of services in alignment with the program’s mission and contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing program evaluation, service coordination, and monitoring outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with grant and contract requirements, as well as organizational policies.
  • Managing internal and external reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Supervising and supporting FSC staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for community partners, stakeholders, and funders.
  • Representing CCNP in collaborative efforts to strengthen community impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, social services, or nonprofit administration.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience in program evaluation and outcome measurement.
  • Excellent public speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and experience in partnership development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based data management systems.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in a related field.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • TB Certificate and Live Scan clearance required.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to pass all post-offer pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and state-required automobile insurance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform job functions with reasonable accommodations.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and bending; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
