Position Title: Data Entry Coordinator
Reports To: FamilySource Center Program Manager
Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP)
Established in 1994 and incorporated as a formal nonprofit in 2000, Central City Neighborhood Partners (CCNP) addresses socio-economic challenges affecting low-income families in Los Angeles. Focused on the Westlake and surrounding communities, CCNP expanded to Koreatown in 2024. CCNP partners with organizations to create pathways to financial security and economic opportunity through programs like the FamilySource Center (FSC) and financial asset-building initiatives.
Position Overview
The Data Entry Coordinator ensures accurate data entry for all FSC programs, services, and outcomes to meet contract goals. This role works closely with sub-contractors to ensure compliance and contributes to maintaining an organized and efficient data system.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter intake and service data into the FSC database daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor monthly intakes and sub-contractor goals to maintain compliance with contract requirements.
- Assist with outcome data entry, ensuring all required documentation is included.
- Generate reports, verify accuracy, and perform quality checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with data entry for Food Security programs and FOC Salesforce records.
- Compile, verify, and prioritize information for data entry purposes.
- Address data discrepancies, correct errors, and ensure output accuracy.
- Submit FSC database maintenance forms weekly, as needed.
- Prepare additional reports and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience managing data.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Hands-on experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows Operating System.
- Ability to manage databases and generate detailed reports.
Preferred:
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Korean, given that many targeted families are monolingual in these languages.
Education and Certification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of prior experience working in a community setting (preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check.
- Valid TB certificate and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical requirements, such as lifting up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
