CCNP’s Women and Community promotoras are women leaders, who live in the community and have been trained to educate, guide, and refer community residents to resources that will overall benefit their health and social service needs. As trusted voices in the community, they play the roles of advocate, educator, mentor, outreach worker, and role model. They work with us to improve the systems and conditions that impact people’s daily lives.
