The Project Navigator is responsible for implementing a “no wrong door” approach to coordinate the delivery of services and client referrals that resulted from community outreach and engagement. Navigators will work closely with outreach coordinator(s) to ensure that there is a warm handoff of clients, from the moment they hear about the service to receiving the service. Navigators will be responsible for managing a caseload of members who will need assistance in applying for public benefits, utility discounts, scheduling appointments, etc. Other duties include the facilitation of workshops and building relationships with co-located partners and nearby businesses. The navigator is responsible for keeping a rapport with the customer. They are responsible for ensuring that the specific need(s) of the individual were met while also working to support any other needs and linking them to appropriate resources. By doing so, the following outcomes will be achieved: 1) Increase Family Income and 2) Increase Youth Academic Achievement 3) Increase Knowledge of Services. This position will also provide program and administrative support to CCNP partners and staff to ensure the program(s) are implemented effectively, efficiently, and consistently in accordance with grant requirements and the mission of CCNP.
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 an hour
