Salary: $20.00-$24.00 an hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field or High School Diploma w/ 4 years of experience.

• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination

• Tuberculin (TB) health Screening

• Driver’s License

Position Overview: A Program Navigator is responsible for direct service work, including but not limited to conducting outreach, education, enrollment, renewals, and navigation assistance services. The Program Navigator will help facilitate workshops, manage and coordinate with outreach coordinator(s) to create outreach initiatives in-person or virtually and assist in the preparation of all outreach material created for the community being served.
